Thursday was our busiest day as we had so much planned. We decided to get up early so we didn't waste any time and walked down to Soho for 11am. Our first stop was the most instagrammable little food place called 'Pietro Nolita' that had completely pink interior inside. This is the place where most bloggers come and take pictures of their avocado and pepper sandwiches, so of course I had to as well...

Next stop was Glossier. What an amazing experience this was and unlike anything I had ever seen before. We had to walk upstairs to get to the store and once we were up there it was like a dream-like make-up factory. All the staff wore light pink boiler suits and walked around with their tablets asking if you needed any help willing to give their expert advice. In one room were oversized versions of the lip glosses with mirrors on the walls. I was mesmerized. I found the lip balm I wanted to purchase and one of them members of staff approached me with a tablet and just took my card off me and swiped it. After a moment I was amazed to see my order then slowly coming down the downwards conveyer from out of nowhere. Everybody in the store was so nice and polite. What an amazing shop experience and store concept this was.

Brooklyn bridge was the next destination which was stunning! however absolutely freezing cold. We also visited the 9/11 memorial and museum which was quite upsetting but in a way interesting. We then made our way home grabbing a typical American 'Wendy's' snack on the way back to the hotel.
